Coach in our IGNITE Lodge (ages 5-8)
Position Overview:
Full time, in person. Monday through Friday.
Summers off plus multiple breaks throughout the year
Onboarding training included
Jump right in, taking on leadership in the studio
Our academic year spans 9.5 months. We run on 4-7 week expedition sessions with holidays and breaks throughout.

Assistant Coach (2 positions available)
Position Overview:
Join a trailblazing educational team dedicated to redefining learning for young minds! As an Assistant to the Coach in our innovative learning lodges, you'll play a vital role in supporting students’ academic, social, and personal growth while fostering a love of learning. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, values creativity and adaptability, and has a deep respect for every child’s unique potential.
This position is part time, in person with flexible hours Monday through Friday. This position will also have summers off plus multiple breaks per year.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead coach with planning and facilitating engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Supporting students during core academic and expedition times, ensuring they stay on task and feel supported.
Observing and identifying individual student needs, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
Maintaining an organized and inspiring learning lodge environment.
Modeling patience, respect, and curiosity to cultivate a thriving learning community.
Qualifications:
Passion for working with children in an innovative, learner-centered environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Interest in fostering lifelong learning and helping students discover their unique strengths.
